For this very easy and healthy snack you need:
1. Green Peppers
2. Greek Feta Cheese
3. Red Pepper
4. Olive oil
First cut the cheese and sprinkle with a bit red pepper and pour some oil, but not too much. About 3 soup spoons.
Then take a fork and smash the cheese.
When the mix is ready, remove the top of the pepper and stuff it with tea spoon.
That is all you have to do. If you want you can cut the pepper on circles as shown and serve as a starter.
